British National (Overseas) Passport

British National (Overseas) Passport is a visa scheme that allows the holders of British national overseas status to live and work in the United Kingdom for up to 5 years. It is to be implemented from January 31. This initiative eventually paves the way for UK citizenship for these holders. China recently announced that it would not recognise the BNO passport as travel document and ID document from January 31.
