Assam Launches ‘Sainik Tujhe Salaam’ to Honour Veterans

Assam marked Armed Forces Flag Day with a new initiative dedicated to recognising the contributions of senior military veterans and their families. The governor launched the ‘Sainik Tujhe Salaam’ programme, reflecting the state’s commitment to strengthening welfare measures for those who have served the nation.

New Initiative for Veterans and Families

The programme focuses on honouring veterans above the age of 90, Veer Naris and Veer Mothers.
