Bengaluru is at 94th rank with a 2% appreciation.
Budapest in Hungary tops the Knight Frank’s Global Residential Cities Index Q3 (Quarter) 2019, Hyderabad has ranked 14th among 150 cities in the World with an appreciation of 9% in residential prices on a YoY (Year-over-Year) basis.
According to the report, Indian cities that have seen an appreciation in home prices are New Delhi at the 73rd rank globally with a 3.2% rise, Bengaluru at the 94th rank with a 2% appreciation and Ahmedabad at the 108th rank with a 1.1% growth.
Indian cities which have seen de-growth in home prices are Kolkata at the 130th rank with a decline of 2%, Mumbai at the 135th rank with a de-growth of 3% and Chennai at the 136th rank with a fall of 3%.
Pune was the lowest-ranked Indian city standing at the 138th spot, registering a 3.5% decline in home prices

In 2019s budget, the state announced also a Krishak Bandhu scheme, its own version of the federal PM-Kisan cash transfer scheme, which offers ?5,000 a year to 7.2 million farmers and landless share-croppers.

Notes:
The banking license of Mantha Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd. Was canceled by the Reserve Bank of India. With this, the bank is restricted to perform any banking business. The reason behind the cancellation of the license was that the bank was having inadequate capital and earning prospects and was not in compliance with provisions of section 11(1) and section 22 (3) (d) read with a section of Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

Indonesia’s President enacted the controversial “Omnibus Law” on Job Creation on November 2, 2020. The law, which was first introduced in October 2019, was President Joko Widodo’s flagship legislation. It revised over 70 existing laws to remove red tape, improve the investment climate, and create jobs.
The law was the first time in Indonesia’s legal history that such extensive amendments were made to various laws through a single legal instrument. However, critics say the law will harm workers and the environment. In November 2021, Indonesia’s Constitutional Court declared the law “conditionally unconstitutional”. The court found that the law contradicted the country’s 1945 State Constitution. The court ordered the government and People’s Representative Council to “repair” the law within two years.

France will reduce the interval between second and third Covid-19 vaccinations to four months and require proof of vaccination for entry to certain venues. Armenia’s parliament approved a law allowing employers to dismiss workers who do not provide vaccination proof or a negative test result. Azerbaijan’s special quarantine regime will remain in effect until January 1, 2022.

Log4Shell is a vulnerability in Apache Log4j 2 (CVE-2021-44228) that allows remote control of devices running affected versions. Injection flaws occur when attackers exploit unfiltered data to compromise databases or directories linked to web applications. Broken authentication enables attackers to gain unauthorized access and permissions, posing significant risks to web apps. Cross-site scripting (XSS) involves injecting malicious code into legitimate sites to exploit users’ browsers, potentially accessing sensitive data and functions through social engineering tactics.
