YUKTI 2.0 launched

On June 23, 2020, the Union Minister of Human Resource Development launched the YUKTI 2.0 initiative. The initiative will help assimilate technologies and information related to startups operating in the higher education platforms.
The Ministry through YUKTI portal ensured that students, researchers and teachers in higher educational institutions will get appropriate support to meet their requirements.

YUKTI 2.0 is an online depository for innovative ideas. It aims at fostering innovation among students and teachers.

Through the platform, the students can learn the current innovations and improve their creativity. Apart from students, the platform will also help farmers and businessmen to develop innovations suitable for their field of work.

Initially, the platform YUKTI 2.0 was promoted with the name Massive Indian Novelty Depository (MIND).

YUKTI (Young India combating COVID-19 with Knowledge, Technology and Innovation) web portal was launched in April, 2020. It intended to cover different dimensions of COVID-19 challenges in a comprehensive way.
