Kangxiwar Martyrs’ Cemetery is a high-altitude military cemetery in Xinjiang which houses the tombs of over 100 Chinese soldiers who died fighting Indian troops during 1962 war and in the Galwan Valley clash.
The cemetery is being renovated to serve as a base for patriotic education. Communist Party of China (CPC) designated the cemetery as CPC education base.

Notes:
The island of Vulcano is a small volcanic island situated in the Tyrrhenian Sea in Italy. Recently, a continuous volcanic activity is observed in the island, on account of which the mayor of the island has order evacuation of about 150 people from the island.
Also, the mayor has banned tourists due to increased volcanic activity and gases in the island.

The President of USA Joe Biden has ordered to release 50 million barrels of oil from its U.S. strategic reserves. This announcement has been made to cool down the increasing oil prices.
The USA has stated that this is a coordinated step along with major oil consumers like India, Japan, China etc.

The Finance Commission is a constitutional body, established under the Article 280, with a major responsibility of recommending the sharing of taxes between Union and the States in India.
In line with the recommendations of 15th Finance Commission, the Government of India has recently released two instalments of tax devolution to state governments amounting Rs. 47,541. Uttar Pradesh has received the largest share followed by Bihar.

The Prawn Nebula is also known as Gum 56, after the Australian astronomer Colin Gum, who published a catalogue of HII regions in 1955.
Nebula is a massive stellar nursery located approximately 6,000 light-years away in the constellation of Scorpius.

The Andhra Pradesh State Assembly has passed the AP Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Bill 2021 to levy green tax on vehicles.
The Green tax will soon be imposed on all vehicles, barring motorcycles and auto-rickshaws. The Centre has earlier recommended imposing green tax to save the environment from carbon emissions by making vehicle owners pay for pollution.

‘Cyber Surakshit Bharat initiative’ is the first PPP initiative of Ministry of Electronics and IT, which was launched in January 2018. It aims to ensure awareness about cybercrime for Chief Information Security Officers.
The National e-Governance Division under MeITY is conducting a six-day Deep Dive Training program for Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and frontline IT officials from various Ministries & Departments, organisations from Central and State Governments, PSUs, banks, etc.

India held a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) conference with Israel. In the conference, experts from India and Israel highlighted the importance of gender parity in STEM.
They also discussed the need introducing flexible work times and gender-neutral pays to enhance women participation in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit India on 6 December to hold 21st India-Russia annual summit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Ministry of External Affairs also announced that the first ‘2+2’ foreign and defence ministerial dialogue between India and Russia will be held on the same day.

The first ever global standard on the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI) was presented by Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
