Vietnam Veedu Sundaram (76), the well-known Tamil scriptwriter and director, has recently passed away in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Sundaram worked for more than 350 films in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi and was known as the founder of social mythology. The well known movies which he wrote include Vietnam Veedu, Gnana Oli, Gruhapravesam, Justice Gopinath, Anaan Oru Koyil, etc.
