Hope Mission

Launched by the United Arab Emirates in July 2020, Hope Mission is the first interplanetary mission of the Arab nation. It has completed 7-month long journey and is preparing to reach the Red Planet’s orbit on February 9. The mission seeks to collect data about the Martian atmosphere and climate. It is part of the country’s ambitious target of enabling a Mars settlement by the year 2117.
