Write briefly about the sole and co-ownership?
[Jurisprudence]
When ownership is vested in a single person, it is called sole ownership. When the right is vested in more than one person jointly, it is co-ownership but this does not imply that they are separate owners of a share each. The right is an undivided unity which is vested at the same time in more than one person. The right is capable of separation by partition.
