What are the general conditions of liability in a tort?

[Law of Torts] – There are certain conditions which must be satisfied in order to constitute a tort or civil injury. These are:-

(i)  a wrongful act committed by a person;

(ii)  the wrongful act must result in legal damage or actual damage; and

(iii) the wrongful act must be of such a nature as may give rise to legal remedy in the form of an action for damages.
