Danda Nata is a ritual, popular and well developed dance in Boudh district. The participants of dance are devotees of god hara and goddess parvathi. They perform the dance in the month of Chaitra (April-May). This dance consist of series of dances which are performed one after the another by the male members belonging to the scheduled castes and other backward castes.
