There was a Provision in our constitution originally that there will be a CJ and 7 other judges. This number was raised to 10

Correct answer is connective 5 years as judge of High court or consective 10 years as advocate in HC or distinguished jurist in opinion of President

practicing is different from worked as a judge. Advocates practice in a court. But judges are not practicing there. Hence the answer is 10 years. If its about judges then the answer is 5 years.
