Judge blocks California’s ammunition ban

It is illegal to hold a magazine that possess amunition holding more than 10 bullets. The law prohibited the buying and selling of such ammunitions from 2000. However, people who bought the magazines before that can hold them. The law has been temporarily banned by the District judge Roger Benitez. Along with the magazine restriction, assault weapon restrictions were also strenghtend.
