What is the best foot forward to plug the concerns of Indian army about faulty ammunition?

Government of India should get to business as soon as it takes charge. There is no time for empty rhetoric. There should be no compromise of defense and thus government should not only have considerable defense budget but also encourage setting up of indigenous defense production by inviting the private sector in the same.
Army has voiced growing concerns about the outdated and faulty equipment and ammunition. Many accidents have taken place due to the faulty ammunition which is supplied by the Ordnance Factory Board. Such faulty equipment seriously undermines the preparedness of the army.
