"TV Whitespace technology seems to be cost-effective technology to provide broadband service in rural India."Explain.

Hint:
Due to very few terrestrial TV broadcasting stations in India, large chunks of spectrum are available called “white space”. TV White Spaces technology utilizes this unused “white space” i.e. gaps of unused spectrum between terrestrial broadcast channels in the 470-700MHz (TV-UHF) band to provide cheap Internet connectivity to remote areas. It is a cost-effective technology to provide broadband service in rural India when compared to Wi-Fi, it can provide the connectivity up to 10km.Also, will reduce the burden on the already overcrowded spectrum bands.
