Manipur assembly passes anti-mob violence bill recommending Life Imprisonment
The Manipur Assembly has unanimously passed the ‘Manipur Protection from Mob Violence Bill of 2018’. The bill recommends a rigorous life imprisonment for those involved in mob violence, if it results in the death of a person.
