The Statue of Unity which stands 182-metre tall is located at Sadhu island on the Narmada in Gujarat.

It was inaugurated on October 31, 143rd birth anniversary.

Vice President departs for a visit to the African nations of Botswana, Zimbabwe and Malawi

Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu with Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Krishan Pal Gurjar will visit to the African nations of Botswana, Zimbabwe and Malawi.

In Botswana, inaugurate the “Global Expo Botswana 2018”.

The average cash withdrawal from ATMs per card is less than Rs 20,000 in a move to help in checking frauds and promote digital transaction.
