E-pathshala initiative was approved by the HRD Ministry in 2011. It proposes to develop e-content in 77 subjects across disciplines. The content developed under the initiative would be available to both teachers and students in the form of open online courses relevant to post graduate studies. This programme would come under the National Mission on Education through ICT.
