SIRD UP Recruitment 2018 for Sub District Coordinator, Data Operator & Other Posts

Center for Development Action (CDA), DDU State Institute of Rural Development,Lucknow has been commissioned to conduct a Pilot Project on “Social Accountability Intervention” in 12 Districts of the State of UP by UPHSSP, Department of Health, Government of UP, assisted by World Bank. For this, Center for Development Action (CDA), DDU State Institute of Rural Development,Lucknow has invited applications from eligible and qualified candidates for recruitment to various posts in the project. The total number of posts is 45 and the break up is given below. The duration of the Pilot Project is approximately 12 months and project area includes 12 Districts (Banda, Ambedkar Nagar, Sultanpur, Fatehpur, Mau, Basti, kushinagar, Chandauli, SR Nagar (Bhadohi), Moradabad, JyotibaPhule Nagar, Hapur (Panchsheelnagar), 72 Blocks and 4238 Gram Panchayats in the State. The project is fully funded by UPHSSP, Department of Health, Government of UP. Educational Qualifications

• Project Manager- Postgraduate degree
• Assistant Project Manager (IEC)- Post Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism/ Social work
• Manager ( M&E)- Post Graduate in Statistics / Health Statistics / Public Health Informatics / Operations Research / Demography / Population Studies / Economics / Social Sciences
• Documentation Officer- Master degree in communication, English literature / Public Health
• Manager IT- Master of Computer Application (M.C.A.)/ B. Tech in IT / Computer Science or MSc [IT]
• System Manager- B. Tech in IT / or MSc (IT)
• Data Operators- Graduate Degree and DOEACC Certificate and Fluency in Hindi and English typing is a must
• Project Associate Cum Accountant- B.Com / M.Com/ M.B.A (Finance) in Hindi and English typing
• District Coordinators- Masters in Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Sciences/ MBA
• Sub District Coordinators- Masters in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences/M.B.A
