Abhinav Bindra
Abhinav Bindra, the 2008 Beijing Olympic gold medallist, will be flag bearer from India in the opening ceremony of the 2016 Rio Olympics on August 5 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is his 5th appearance at the Olympic Games. Apart from this, Bindra is also one of the India’s goodwill ambassadors for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Others are Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar, Bollywood actor Salman Khan and music maestro AR Rahman.
