Which among the following is the first State to introduce ‘Go Alive’ in electricity distribution system?
The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) is the first state run power agency to successfully complete the installation of ‘ Go Alive’ system in its day to day function. Of the 107 cities and towns all over the country, in West Bengal alone 23 towns have been brought under this system. With this system now in work, the power distribution companies would be able to better monitor and control their entire electricity distribution network. The ‘Go Alive’ system will allow the power distribution company to have an energy audit in real terms.
