Gurgaon hosting the 13th Ishara International Puppet Festival from February 3 to February 11, 2015. The aim of the festival is to entertain the people with modern and traditional form of puppet of all kinds. Launched in 2001 the festival brings together artists, puppeteers and performers all round the world and showcase their stories or plays through this form of art.
