The 6th edition of the Indian Languages Festivals (ILF)- Samanvay 2016 will be held in New Delhi on November 2016 to explore the idea of language beyond the purview of the literary word. The 2016 theme is “Language as Public Action”. The purpose of the festival is to blur the existing distinctions between a major and a minor language.
