India has been ranked 105th out of 130 nations in the 2016 Global Human Capital Index, which is recently released by the World Economic Forum (WEF). The 2016 index measures countries’ ability to nurture, develop and deploy talent for economic growth. The report presents an analysis by focusing on a number of key issues that can support better design of education policy and future workforce planning. The list is topped by Finland, followed by Norway, Switzerland, Japan, Sweden and New Zealand.
