The sailing campaign “Jal Tarang” has been started from Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. The purpose of the 12-day sailing campaign is to strengthen the national unity and integrity. Under the campaign, the cadets would cover nearly 415 kilometers distance in Beas River to reach different locations.
