New Delhi
The first India-China think-tank forum has been held in New Delhi on December 9-10, 2016. The forum was jointly organized by the Institute of Chinese Studies, the Indian Council of World Affairs, and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The theme of the forum was “Towards a Closer India-China Developmental Partnership” in which in-depth discussion on various issues such as country relations between India and China, strengthening India-China strategic communication, promoting economic ties, deepening people-to-people cooperation, and regional economic and security architecture took place. The 2nd India-China think-tanks forum will be held in Beijing in 2017.
