The 3rd edition of National conference “Jal Manthan-III” will be held on January 13, 2017 in New Delhi to discuss various issues of water sector. The conference will be inaugurated by Uma Bharti, the Union Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation. The focus of the conference will be on refining policies of the Ministry to make them more people friendly and responsive to the needs of the states.
