The 2017 Combined Commanders Conference (CCC) has been held at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand to focus on the surgical strikes across the Line of Control, the prevailing situation on the LoC, terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir and the emerging security situation. The day-long conference was addressed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and was attended by all army commanders and their equivalents from the Air Force and the Navy. This was the first CCC for the three military chiefs since taking over as head of their services in 2016.
