Notes: According to Article 75 of the Constitution of India, the Prime Minister of India should be above 25 years of age if he is a member of Lok Sabha. However, the minimum age for member of Rajya Sabha is 30 years, so if Prime Minister is from Rajya Sabha, he / she needs to be above 30 years as per Article 84.
