The Kalleshwara temple in Hire Hadagali, Karnataka, exemplifies Western Chalukya architecture, built around 1057 CE by Demarasa during Someshvara I's reign. It features dvikuta design, rich soapstone carvings, Kannada inscriptions, and later Hoysala influences. It is a nationally protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India.
