Major Women-Centric Welfare Schemes in India

India has launched several women-centric welfare schemes to improve safety, health, education, financial inclusion, and livelihood opportunities. These schemes combine direct assistance with long-term empowerment through skill-building, social protection, and entrepreneurship support.
