Essential Qualification
Degree in Engineering with 65% marks in 6 engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, and Mining.
Selection Procedure
Interested candidates must appear in GATE-2019 in any one of the following six engineering disciplines:
- Mechanical (ME)
- Metallurgical (MT)
- Electrical (EE)
- Chemical (CH)
- Instrumentation IN)
- Mining (MN)
Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:
- GATE-2019 scores
- Group Discussion
- Interview
Age
Maximum: 28 years
Cut Off Date: 14.06.2019
Upper Age limit is relaxable by:
3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer).
5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Disabilities Candidates:
- By 10 years for General
- By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
- By 15 years for SC/ST
Fee
General/OBC candidates: Rs 700
SC/ST/PwD/EWS/Departmental candidates: Rs 100
The fee has to be paid online through credit card/debit card, Net Banking and other such modes available.

Remuneration
Basic Pay: Rs 20600 per month in the pay scale of Rs 20600-Rs 46500.
