National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has invited online applications from qualified candidates for Director, Chief Director and Other posts in the organisation. The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and/or interview. The total number of vacancies is 26. Educational Qualifications

The educational qualification needed for this recruitment are as follows:

Chief Director, Group A: Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Cooperative organizations/ PSU/ Autonomous bodies etc. holding analogous posts; or with 5 years’ service on posts in Level-12 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC (in pre-revised Pay Band-3 ₹15600-39100 & Grade Pay of ₹7600) or equivalent. Officers having 10 years experience in Cooperative/ Finance/ Banking Sector would be given preference for consideration of appointment to the post of Chief Director on deputation basis in NCDC
Director, Group A: i) Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ autonomous bodies etc. holding analogous posts or with 5 years’ service on posts Level-11 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC (in pre-revised PB-Ill, ₹15600- 39100 & Grade Pay of 6600) or
(ii) Possessing educational qualifications and experience as follows: Bachelor’s degree with MBA (2years full time/ 3 years part-time) with specialisation in Finance/ Marketing, or Post Graduation in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Agri-Business/ Rural Management/ Cooperative Management / banking/ Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant with 8 years post qualification experience in executive capacity in finance, accounts, costing , taxation, risk assessment, audit, resource management, project appraisal, financing, monitoring , evaluation and allied functions in a bank/ financial/ developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software.
Assistant Director, Group A: Persons working in Central/ State Govt./ Cooperative organizations/ PSU/ Autonomous bodies etc. holding analogous posts; or with 5 years’ service on posts in Level-7 of pay matrix as per 7th CPC (in pre-revised Pay Band-II ₹9300-34800 & Grade Pay of ₹4600) or equivalent. Persons having 2 years experience in Cooperative/Agriculture/ Horticulture I Banking/Finance/Animal Husbandry/Dairy/ Fisheries/Poultrv/Handloom Handicraft Sector would be given ~reference for consideration of a~~ointment to the Post of Assistant Director on deputation basis in NCDC
