Educational Qualifications
The educational qualification needed for this recruitment are as follows:
- Safety Officer –> (1) Possesses recognized degree in any branch of engineering or technology with not less than 02 years working experience (OR) Degree in Physics or Chemistry with not less than 05 years working experience (OR) A recognized Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology with not less than 06 years working experience. (2) Possess a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the State Government in this behalf; and (3) Has adequate knowledge of Hindi language spoken by the majority of the workers in the factory.
- Welfare Officer –> (1) Possesses a degree of a University recognized by the State Government in this behalf. (2) Has obtain a Degree or Diploma in Social Science from any institution recognized by the State Government in this behalf; and (3) Has adequate knowledge of Hindi as also of the language spoken by the majority or the workers in the factory to which he is to be attached.
- Supervisors –> 1st Class Diploma in concerned engineering discipline. Desirable – B.E. / B.Tech.
- Junior Office Assistant –> Graduate degree with atleast 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed in English @40 wpm / Hindi @30 wpm.
- Junior Technician –> Full time ITI certificate in concerned discipline. Desirable – Diploma.
Age Limit
The age limit for this recruitment are as follows:
- Lower age limit for these posts is 25 years
- Upper age limit for these posts is 30 years
