The father of Pakistan’s Nuclear programme , Abdul Qadeer Khan was born on April 27, 1936 in Bhopal. His father Abdul Ghafoor Khan was an academician who retired from Education Department in 1935 and settled permanently in Bhopal. Later the family migrated to Pakistan in 1947.
