Minda Industries to acquire Germany based Delvis for 21 mn Euros

Auto components giant Minda Industries all set to buy Germany based Delvis and its two subsidiaries, a company expert in automotive lamps design and manufacturing. Minda will raise funds of 21 milion Euros through both debt and equity for this deal. All the regulations and contracts pertaining to the deal will be concluded within two months. This step has been taken to fulfil the increasing demand of LED in automotive lightning industry and Delvis offers cutting edge technology in this sector.
