International Human Rights Day

The International Human Rights Day is an international observance adopted by the United Nations General Assembly as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is observed every year on 10th December since 1948. This year marks the 71st anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Declaration is a milestone document that proclaimed the inalienable rights which every person is inherently entitled to as a human being, regardless of religion, sex, language, colour, race, national or social origin, birth or another status, property, political opinion or other opinions.The Declaration Document is the most translated document in the entire world with over 500 languages it has been translated to date.
