Golden Bear to ‘Child’s Pose’: Berlinale
Child’s Pose (Poziţia Copilului) by Romanian director Călin Peter Netzer was awarded the Golden Bear at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival.
The Alfred Bauer Prize (Silver Bear) went to ‘An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker’ by Danis Tanović
Best Director Award was given to David Gordon Green for ‘Prince Avalanche’.
India-based documentary ‘Salma’ by British filmmaker Kim Longinotto bagged the second place in Panorama Audience awards at Berlinale.
