Department of Justice celebrates ‘Its My Duty’ at NDWBF
To create awareness about the Citizens Duties, The Department of Justice, Government of India is taking part in 28th New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF), 2020 held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi started from 4th of January, 2020 to 12th of January, 2020.
Since 2013, In association with India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the National Book Trust (NBT) annually organizes the New Delhi World Book Fair, two stalls by the Department of Justice stall number 4 and 5 in hall number 8-11 named as ‘Constitution and Citizens Duties’ where the stall exhibits ‘Digital Exhibition’ which includes facts related to Constitution, Constituent Assembly, excerpts of speeches of the founding members of the Constituent Assembly.
A quiz competition on ‘Constitution and Citizens Duties’ will be arranged for school children on the 7th and 9th of January, 2020 correlating with the theme in World Book Fair with exciting prizes. Moreover, a Preamble & Fundamental Duties Wall has been set up outside the main hall to be read by the public which will increase their knowledge about the Constitution.
