The difference of calculation in theoretical and experimental results led to discovery of neutrino; when it was found that some of the solar neutrinos (which are all electron-neutrinos) were transforming themselves to other forms of neutrinos, and thus escaping detection. This property of morphing of electron neutrinos to muon-neutrinos and tau-neutrinos is called “neutrino oscillation”. Discovery of neutrino may help to answer questions related to origin of neutrino mass, ordering of neutrinos masses, oscillation pattern of neutrinos and antineutrinos. The answer to questions may be useful in understanding of fundamental science.
