Notes: Hunkar was the Hindi Journal that was published by Swami Sahajanand Saraswati. It was published weekly. It was published during 1940 under the Hindi literaries like Pandit Yamuna Karjee along with Rahul Sankrityayan and others. Hunkar later became the mouthpiece of the peasant movement and the agrarian movement in Bihar and was instrumental in spreading the movement.
