Mohsen Rezaee Appointed Head of Iran’s SNSC

Mohsen Rezaee, a former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, was appointed on 9 August 2026 as a representative to Iran’s Supreme National Security Council and as its secretary and head.
