N.S.K. Umesh Appointed Kerala CM’s Officer on Special Duty

N.S.K. Umesh, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 Kerala cadre, was appointed as Additional Secretary and Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister of Kerala on 20 May 2026. The Department of General Administration issued the order under the Governor’s directives, and the appointment order was signed by Additional Secretary Rajesh G.R.
