    Q17. I have a doubt on this question.
    I guess the answer should be 24.
    In July 2004,the rules were amended and the number was increased to 24 from 17.

    art 360 never implemented not a once in India. whereas Art 356 is for 110 times in India highest in kerala and UP for 9 times

    sir for question no. 8,as per my knowledge there are two impeachment helded in india ,one for V.Ramaswami and other for Soumitra Sen.
