What are your views on Trump's immigration policy for Indians?

President Trump who has always advocated America First has finally brought a smile to many Indians by stating that America will soon make merit a primary criterion for immigration, unlike the present system which has a preference for family ties. Even the Reforming American Immigration for Strong Employment Act (RAISE) which was introduced by Trump administration two years ago was based on a similar line of thought under which old lottery system was to be replaced by a new point-based system.
