Notes: Lord Curzon sent Younghusband mission (A military expedition) to Tibet to resist the Russsian infiltration to Tibet and solve the boundary dispute over the border between Tibet and Sikkim. Younghusband's expedition to Tibet was started in December 1903 and lasted till September 1904.
