Notes: The Second Round Table Conference was held in London during the viceroyalty of Lord Willingdon during September-December 1931. Gandhi represented Indian National Congress and Sarojini Nayudu represented Indian women at the conference. Gandhi’s attendance at the conference was made possible by the Gandhi-Irwin Pact that was signed on 5 March 1931.
