Britain unveils Super Priority Visa Service for travelers from India
Britain has unveiled super priority same-day visa service for urgent travelers from India.
Key points under Super Priority Visa Service:
Indian visitors will have the option to avail same-day visa to the UK.
The Super Priority Visa will cost an additional fee of 600 pounds in addition to the standard fee for the type of visa which was applied for.
Who can apply for this service?
The service is available to customers who apply for a 6-month or 2-year multiple entry visit visa (excluding student visitors) and who have travelled before to the UK, Australia, US, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country within the last 5 years. Visa applicants sponsored by companies who are members of the UK’s Business Express Programme can also avail this service.
What is the status of Indian visitors to UK?
India is counted as the UK’s biggest visa operation in the world. It processes around 400000 applications each year (97% of UK Business visit visas and 86% of visit visas).
