Liu Yang: China’s 1st woman Astronaut into Space

With the launch of Shenzhou-9 space mission china has reached a new milestone as its crew members comprise 3 astronauts including China’s first woman astronaut Liu Yang. She has served as a cargo pilot in the People’s Liberation Army Air Force, is the 1^st Chinese woman astronaut, who has been sent on the space mission.
