Notes: Mahamaya Prasad Sinha was the first independent Chief Minister of Bihar. He was the fifth Chief Minister of Bihar . HIs tenure was from March 1967 to January 1968 . His tenure was the tenure of first non congress Government in Bihar. He was a follower of Maharaja Kamakhya Narain Singh and Maharaj Kumar Basant Narain Singh and was a member of their political party 'Jan Kranti Dal'.
