Subhash Chandra Bose
The Ramgarh Congress session was held from 19-20 March 1940 in Jharkhand. Subhash Chandra Bose presided over the All India Anti-Compromise Conference parallelly at Bihita. He criticized the Congress's compromise policies with the British during the war crisis. The conference supported complete Swaraj and Kisan demands, condemning Congress's policies. The event led to the formation of the All India Forward Bloc by Bose and the Radical Democratic Party by M.N. Roy.
